Our offers and services are bound to these terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions also apply to future businesses.
Offer, prices, quality
- Our offers are subject to change and not binding. This also applies to prices. Changes remain reserved within reasonable limits.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, our prices already include VAT. c) Our service is based on the reservation or booking of our apartment / rooms.
Acceptance, provision, cancellations
- The contract is binding with acceptance of the reservation or booking. The customer will receive a confirmation.
- Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival and check-out is until 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you will check in later than 6 p.m., please contact us. Phone: +49 1515 06 831 66
- In case of late check-in, we will provide you with the code for our key safe.
- Free cancellation of your booking is possible up to 7 days before arrival unless we inform you of other cancellation conditions in the confirmation. If the customer does not make use of his booking, he remains obliged to pay the price for the agreed booking, regardless of the reason for his cancellation. For booked rooms, 100% of the agreed room price must be paid by the customer in the event of a no show or a cancellation. Unless we could rent the apartment / room to someone else.
Liability, warranty
- We are not liable for loss, damage or destruction of the items brought in by the guests.
- The guest is liable for the damage (e.g. of the furniture) caused by him and / or his guests.
Payment, withdrawal from the contract
- You will receive the payment information (bank transfer or PayPal) with the order confirmation or during your online booking procedure. We are entitled to request an advance payment of 50% of the order value 14 days prior to your arrival.
- The place of fulfillment is our place of business. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from this contract is our place of business.
